Hauppauge, N.Y.— November 3, 2015—ArroHealth, a full-service provider of risk adjustment and HEDIS services, today announced its expansion to Reno, Nevada.
ArroHealth announced the opening of its new operations center and noted the addition of more than 90 positions filled or to be hired. The operations center will have a focus on the company’s Western region clients, which include health plans, provider and accountable care organizations, and insured individuals. The company has outfitted a space that has the capacity to add an additional 200 employees as the company’s Western activities grow. The Reno staff will include a wide variety of employees, including field operations, call center, coding and data analytics specialists.
Earlier in 2015, ArroHealth was named by Inc. Magazine as one of America’s fastest growing private companies. This distinction is awarded to the top privately held U.S. companies based on revenue growth over the preceding three-year period of 2011 through 2014. During this time, the company sharply expanded its risk adjustment business by 470 percent, adding more than 350 net new employees. Since the award period, ArroHealth has doubled its book of business, which led to the decision to open the Reno office.
“Attracting and retaining a staff of smart, qualified and creative individuals is one of the key drivers of our ability to provide excellent service to our clients,” said Glen Moller, ArroHealth’s CEO. “Our focus on customer service has helped our business grow by orders of magnitude over the past years. We hope that our continuing growth and expansion will, in turn, help spur economic growth in our Long Island and Reno communities. We are fortunate to be able to help grow employment in these two communities where we consider ourselves active members.”
“We welcome the ArroHealth team to Nevada and thank them for choosing to bring their Western operations and 50 jobs to Reno,” said Rep. Mark Amodei (NV-2). “Increasingly, industries across the country and around the globe recognize northern Nevada is open for business. And with every move like this, we are closer to achieving our goal of greater economic diversification.”
