Fast-growing company hires risk adjustment and quality expert
Hauppauge, N.Y.— November 10, 2015 — ArroHealth, a full-service provider of risk adjustment and HEDIS services, today announced it has hired risk adjustment expert Chad Kinkead as Senior Vice President of Client Services. Kinkead will be responsible for leading a team that will build client relationships, work to exceed client expectations for the delivery of ArroHealth’s services and retain current clients while expanding new business initiatives.

Kinkead has a deep background in the payer market. Before joining ArroHealth, he served as the Vice President of Client Operations for Risk and Quality at Optum, a division of UnitedHealth Group. In this role, Kinkead was responsible for risk adjustment and quality services for Medicare Advantage plans. At Optum he also held roles as Vice President of Operations for Network and Population Health and Vice President of Risk Adjustment Services.
Kinkead has dual bachelor’s degrees from the University of Central Missouri in business administration and human resources management and a Master of Business Administration from Benedictine University in Illinois.
