ArroCare is ArroHealth’s redesigned and reengineered telemedicine solution, offering outbound telemedicine exams for risk adjustment and quality (STARS, HEDIS, and QRS) purposes. ArroCare’s outbound telemedicine exams close gaps in care and gathers clinically important data on the health status of your Commercial, Medicare Advantage, and managed Medicaid membership. An outbound face-to-face video physician visit is conducted for wellness, high-risk members, and members where further insight into possible behavioral health issues is needed due to missing documentation. ArroCare is not an inbound telemedicine or care management program; thus engagement is higher due to specific member campaigns. ArroCare outbound telemedicine significantly impacts member’s risk adjustment factors, and physicians are able to compliantly document persistent or inferred conditions from our analytic algorithms.
ArroCare engages specific subpopulations for risk adjustment and quality purposes.
ArroCare provides outbound medical or behavioral health evaluation services to gain clinical information and close gaps in care. For new members who are reluctant to engage, ArroCare offers a convenient option for evaluation rather than an in-office, in-home or retail center exam.
